Diemo terms of service

Diemo helps you track habits, routines and goals. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping your sign-in secure. Use the app lawfully and do not try to disrupt the service or access other people's data.

Diemo is a personal organisation tool. Step counts and other activity information are for your own reference and are not medical advice. Mood reflections are for your own reflection and are not medical or psychological advice; if you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Some features let you share text with people you invite, such as your display name and the habits you choose to share with an accountability partner. Do not share anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour.

You can end or block an accountability connection at any time, and you can report a problem by writing to us. We review reports and may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Diemo is free to use with limits on active habits and goals and may show ads on the Progress tab. Diemo Pro removes those limits and ads and may be offered as a subscription or one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Prices, trial terms and renewal dates are shown before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds follow the policy of the store you used.

Your content remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app. You can export or delete your data at any time from Profile → Account settings. Deleting your account is permanent.

We work to keep Diemo reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and Lumespec is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
